There's so many good ones on here , my favorites are  for losing weight quick , sinus congestion(really works) changing bad habits ( works great for nights to control my night time snacking ... this prevents me from eating at nights)
there are others and to tell you the truth I haven't found any of them that hasn't worked . This helps me change the habits that are ingrained in me after so many years of neglect . I highly recommend it .
I use this app and others each day , but that's enough for now .. time to make my bed and go down and enjoy my coffee while I listen to my waveen app for losing weight fast and watching my LightRX app. on my Ipad for S.A.D.
